Alberto Ciuccoli
Founder & Employment and Payroll Consultant
Alberto earned a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of Urbino Carlo Bo, specializing in Labor Law and HR Consultancy. Earlier, he completed a four-year program in English and German at the Higher School for Interpreters and Translators ‘Ente Morale Carlo Bo’ of Rome, which continues to enrich his communication and cross-cultural skills.
In 2005, he transitioned from a long-standing role at a German multinational to focus on payroll and HR consulting. Over the years, he collaborated with several accountancy and payroll firms, gaining broad experience and qualifying as a chartered HR and payroll consultant.
In 2010, Alberto founded Studio Ciuccoli and has led it with dedication ever since. His work with both Italian and international companies, combined with continuous study of HR complexities, has shaped a deep and evolving expertise in employment matters. With a clear and confident approach, he helps businesses tackle regulatory challenges and find practical solutions.
Tiziana Straface
Partner & Employment and Payroll Consultant
Tiziana began her journey in HR and payroll consulting shortly after earning her law degree in 2010, starting with an apprenticeship as a Consulente del lavoro that laid the foundation for her professional path.
Her early work with leading accountancy firms exposed her to a wide range of employment matters — from payroll operations and HR administration to complex litigation. This hands-on experience, combined with a strong drive to master the intricacies of labor law, led to her qualification as a chartered HR and payroll consultant in 2013.
As a partner at Studio Ciuccoli, Tiziana brings energy, precision, and a sharp analytical mindset to every challenge. She’s known for translating regulatory complexity into practical strategies and for delivering results that make a measurable impact on clients’ day-to-day operations.
Giorgio Betti
Payroll Specialist
Giorgio joined Studio Ciuccoli in 2021, bringing a fresh perspective from a different professional background. With a degree in Educational Sciences from Roma Tre University, he applies a human-centered approach to payroll and employment processes, combining empathy with precision.
He manages employment procedures involving training contracts, apprenticeships, internships, and mandatory hiring for employees with disabilities - coordinating with public authorities, social cooperatives, and other relevant entities. Giorgio also supports internal compliance efforts and contributes to the development of inclusive employment strategies.
Reliable, adaptable, and always eager to learn, Giorgio plays a key role in our team. His proactive mindset and attention to detail make him a steady presence for both clients and colleagues.
Erica Tuvera De la Cruz
Payroll Specialist
Erica joined Studio Ciuccoli in 2025 and quickly became a valued member of our team. With a master’s degree in business & management from Sapienza University of Rome, she has a strong academic background and hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR administration. Before joining us, Erica worked as a Junior HR Payroll Assistant, where she managed payroll cycles, personnel administration, and communications with public institutions for a variety of clients.
Accountable and dedicated, Erica is responsible for payroll processing and HR administration for our clients. She is known for her proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Fluent in Italian, with working knowledge of English and French, Erica is always eager to learn and stay updated on the latest industry practices. Her innovative mindset and commitment to excellence make her an asset to Studio Ciuccoli and to the clients we serve.
